- All shed prices include free local delivery and assembly. They are set on
bricks or blocks depending on the terrain.
- All sheds are delivered in sections and assembled on-site (most companies
charge extra for on-site assembly).
- All lumber is kiln dried (moisture removed).
- All nails, screws and hardware are galvanized.
- All wood siding is tongue and groove (1'x 8' pine or cedar)
- All wood doors have a "crossbuck style" for appearance and added strength.
- All sheds except the Gambrel have galvanized drip edge along facia boards.

- Doors and windows can be placed anywhere on the shed at no additional
cost (most companies charge extra for this).
- Roof shingles have a 25 year warranty, available in Black, Grey or Brown.
- Credit for eliminating windows can only be used towards other options.
Credit cannot be taken off base price of shed.
- A two door front option is available on sheds 14' and larger. We eliminate 1
window and add a single 32" wood door. Placement is door/window/door,

- Dividing walls are available at $10 per lineal foot. They are 2"x 4" framed 16"
on center with one side plywood, (see options)
- We can add an additional 1' of wall height to Chateau and Gambrel models,
giving you a 7' 3" wall. Delmar and Quaker models have 7' 3" wall already
included in price.

- To estimate shed size needed, mark out proposed size on lawn or driveway
(include door opening), place all floor items inside and see how it all fits! - Crushed stone provides a clean base for the shed. Including an 18" apron for
front and rear reduces splashback. - Apply water proofing to floor in order to protect from water, snow, etc.
